Important Information for all students in band 2026-2027:

All students must complete the forms on Rank One for the 2026-2027 school year.  These forms will need to be completed regardless of participating in the district's physical day or visiting your own doctor.  Please read the information below both on Physical Day and Rank One.

Physical Day Information

New Caney ISD will be hosting a day where athletes and band students are able to get their physical for $21.  This is a state requirement for all band members.  Students may use their own doctor, but this provides the opportunity for an easy and affordable solution.  Payments can be made either online or to our athletic trainers in cash.  Payments must be received by April 29, 2026.  The following link is where online payments can be made:

Rank-One Forms

It is also a requirement for NCISD students to fill out the forms from the Rank One.  All parents/guardians will need to create a Rank One account.  All required forms will need to be completed by a parent or guardian as students are not permitted to complete their own forms.  The website link is below:

Physical and required documentation

Students participating in marching band are required to have a physical for safety.  The physical form to be filled out by a physician is available by clicking  here.  In addition to a physical, parents need to complete additional forms required by NCISD that are located on the Rank One website.  Please click the link below to complete these additional forms:

Information for Physicals

WHO HAS TO HAVE A PHYSICAL?
Everyone in band will be required to have a physical for the 2025-26 school year.

WHERE DO I GET A PHYSICAL?
The school will be offering physicals for $20 on May 2nd.  Students can also receive a physical from their doctor or medical facility of choice.  Again, all students will need to be cleared by their doctor before our first practice date in late July.  Please use the form below to use at your doctor's office.
